This 30-minute, non-stop action, heart-pumping HIIT class will “take your breath away,” but will leave you wanting more. Exercises will engage your entire body focusing on the large muscle groups to help sculpt and chisel your physique. Get ready to sweat!

Are you ready for a challenging opportunity to get your heart pumping? Burn serious calories that will leave you with a feeling of accomplishment?  With no complicated moves to learn, this class offers a low-impact, highly effective way to build cardiovascular strength and endurance. Regardless of your fitness level, you will find yourself having a blast while you ride your way to a leaner, stronger body!

Dance Fitness
Let the party begin! This class will have you moving and grooving to the beat! No experience necessary or background in dance needed. Just be ready for a celebration of movement that will get your heart pumping and your attitude jumping. Don’t let the name fool you, though…its not just dance, it’s dance FITNESS!
