Drum Latè will be offered on Monday and Wednesday only.
Pilates on the Floor and Yoga with Trudy has been combined and named Morning Mashup. This class will begin at 7:30am and will incorporate step, resistance bands, stability ball, hand weights and intermediate yoga.
Spin with Raelene will only be offered on Thursday evening.
As you may notice on the bottom of the calendar, we will be gearing up to utilize more features of MINDBODY®. Simply download the app to your smartphone, search for Full Body Health and Fitness, and you can see when classes are scheduled/cancelled, open bookings for Full Field Performance and more.
